BF3 "Insert SIM card" problem...(I have Tech Zone)

Hi

I've one BF3 (was 104 01) which I tried to add Language with Reviver 1.02, now phone becomes 101 00 and when SIM card is in says "Check your SIM card".
I have the Tech Zone File (Reviver make a backup file 384Ko and a friend make to me Tech Zone file 6Ko) and I've tried with Wray 5.5 cracked (Patch firmware), but still "Insert SIM card".

What's the problem?

read some old posts here about how to use wray 5.5 to patch the tech zone.
and make it 104 again

Hi

Now the phone is OK:
1. Connect phone to Henrich SGU 1.7.
2. Write full flash (104-KJ15A Thomson).
3. Write eeprom (file was backup-ed by Reviver 384Ko).
4. Disconnect, power the phone without SIM, the power it again with SIM inside: and I make a call, all is right...
