can't upload operator logo?

i i have edited my flash file and flashed it onto my phone
i use logo manager to try to upload an operator logo onto the phone and it never works but it works when i have a clean file uploaded onto the phone
does anyone know what i need to do? i have filled checksum check and mCu check.

Make sure you have selected the correct operator in logomanager, it should be the operator you use!
