no sounds at nightmare, need help!!!

when i start the game, i can hear the first step from the character and then i hear nothing more. Why this, has anyone an idea???:confused:

does sound work in other games? do you have advanced audio support installed? which version if yes? tried reinstalling the game? and deleting all ini files?

the sound works at all other only. i have advanced audio support 3.0 on my commi. i tried a reinstalling (with remove the ini's) but it shows no effect. Have you a greater version from advanced audio support?

ups. i mean ...the sound works at all other only nightmare makes trouble.

its simple to fix thatduring the game when the sound torns off, press the last buton on the right of the visor, and the cancel your exit, then you have sound for the last of the play.
