Hello :)
I don't wanna SPAM but i offer such service for free, non commercial. You go (with the computer!) to my site at

http://thanhwap.tripod.com

and find the e-mail link..... on the first page :) There you can send me the pics, i will then crop and resize them to 128x128 and upload to the "Personal" section under "Wallpaper Images". Have a look first at the site to see how that looks.
This is not an automated service, all pics are processed by myself, so you got to trust me :) And it might take a day or two untill they are available. I will reply to your mail (the one with the pics) when i'm done and also include the direct file adress from where you can download the pic via WAP. Please be patient, my site became popular and due to limited bandwidth (i use free webaccount) it is down sometimes. If you go to the adress and find it down, check back later.......... i hope you like it :)

I have a webpage here (http://www.edph.f2o.org/mystuff/index.php), you could register and login and then you will see a link(submt wallpapers) to upload your own images which are resize automatically by the script but not crop, Save them. Afterwards visit it again with your wap browser here (http://wap.edph.f2o.org) and go to images/uploads/(your username) folder and you will see your uploaded images.

This is still in the testing phase, but you could go ahead and try it...

Well, before you posted the big banner, i already was working on it... i resized the small one a bit bigger :)
Your link is now available, but it still needs time before my site itself comes up again... bandwidth exceeded once again :)

Actually, the small image was uploaded to my webpage using "submit wallpaper" link described above, it was resize automatically that's why it's small and it was intended to be use for my wap page. I really dont have a banner for links to give away but had this one already made so i decided to use it. I then realize that i still have the original image on my computer, and so i posted it again.

speaking of which, try portland communication (http://www.portland.co.uk/) for your webpage, they have 100mb bandwidth limit, 10MB space, PHP 4.0.0 and mySQL enabled, no banners and best of all free.

Thank you for your help..... but 10 MB webspace and 100 <B bandwidth is insufficient... Tripod got Banners, but they don't disturb, i get 20 MB space there and ONE GIG of bandwidth, yet it's still too low :)
