Matrix Flasher for Dct4 phones

I have seen this matrix flasher @ www.matrixflasher.com
I need to buy this sw but I NEED to know if any one ha used it and has found it to be a good one.....and to find out if these are not internet cheaters,i mean the guys that are selling it.Someone let me know ASAP.

I am guessing you have the cheap flasher dongle and cables?

the best software to use is WinDCT4, i have posted it before so use the search tool and you'll find it.
