Sorry guys I did post this over on another forum but I genuinely think I posted in the wrong place. I'm not spamming.

You will have to excuse me, I am a real Newb to this so if I have any details wrong, please feel free to correct me.

I'm from the UK.

I am attempting to use my O2 SIM card in an unlocked Orange 7210 phone.
The phone was unlocked using a software unlocking tool ( DCT4 something I think  )
The phone worked absolutely fine for a few days but now when I enter the O2 SIM card I get the message "SIM card registration failed".
I understand that this can be due to the phone being black listed but I know exactly the phones history and there is nothing 'dodgy' at all. Also I know the phone hasn't been black listed because if I put an Orange SIM card into the phone it works.
Can phones that have been Software Unlocked revert back to have the blocks installed ?

Any help you could offer would be appreciated.
Many thanks for your time and sorry for havcing to re-post.

Sounds strange,

Is the sim card OK?? check it in another phone

if it is

ring O2 customer services (08705 860860) and ask if there are any problems with the sim / phone

maybe o2 have made a mistake and blacklisted it by accident??
