Sagem MC920 HELP !!!

hi,
I have 1 unit of Sagem MC920, and it having problem recently...
I don't know why I can't make outgoing and can't receive all incoming calls ??? Although it show full bar ???

I tried to unlock using sagem software, but it won't work ???

Please help.

Can you please help me how to fix my sagem mc920 ?

When I press the power button, only the word "sagem" appears on the screen for a second then suddenly disappeared or swithes to power off !
