If you've got Nokia Pc Suite 4 installed (probably came with the phone on disc), Select content copier and select what you want to back up/copy. The prog will then ask you where to save contents.

Bobs your uncle voice recordings saved as .wav files.

Seems the Nokia PC Suite is really good, shame they didn't put in the effort for dct3 mobiles on the PC side :)
