8310 security code

i had tried with several configurations on serial ports on desktop and laptop computer and i can't reset security code with a mbus cable.

what program you use?
you need use mbus cable and nokia dct4 by dejan(available in download section).

Well,
you sure you have only mbus cable?
and not fbus/mbus autoswitch??
what you ahve on your computer win 98, 2000, xp??

i think it's a mbus cable only but i not sure.....
I have tried dejan dct4 on Win98 and Win XP..... and switching serial ports configurations i got also 'bad connection' error as no response from de soft....

hi,
for see if just mbus cable use logomanager..
in parameter change your configuration with fbus if the soft see always your phone its f-m/bus autoswitch cable!
and don't work..
