AFAIK You cannot unlock a FIDO Nokia phone with the free DCT4 codes.. at least, not yet :)

you could be the man of the month - if you would help yourself and the community

please buy a serial datacable for your phone (no usb like nokia dku-5) the cable is to connect to phone by connector under battery e.g. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3340987315&category=42407

with this cable and bwinlock from www.b-phreaks.co.uk and a pc with windows 98 or me you can read out the configuration key

to get a working connection you must select right com port and select the option dtr on

that seem to be for 7250, I don't know if 5100 has same connector
