cant access wap on my phone

i have a 7560 and i cant access WAP can anyone help please ?

ring o2 or go onto their web site and request the WAP setting to be sent to your phone, it's like a text message save them.

That might solve your problem.


Has it ever worked?? or has it suddenly stopped working???

the phone is originally an orange phone .... and the o2 sim card on the o2 phone has never had wap access ..


also i cant recieve mms messages ... is that connecte d?

the phone is setup to MMS and wap on Orange the O2 settings are diffrent.

ring 08705 860860 (o2 customer service) give them your mobile number and ask for the setting to be sent as in my last post.

This should solve all your problems

last question ... as my phone is a "company" phone .... will i be billed for having this stuff enabled ...


i dont even want to send stuff or use wap ... u just want it enabled so others can send to me and i can link to my pc

your won't be charged for the settings, you are only charged when you use wap or send messages.

If the sim card belongs to the company you work for, you might have difficulty requesting the setting, due to the data protection act, they won't talk to you unless you are the account holder.

But its worth a try and it won't cost you anything.
