as far as I know, simlocking is forbidden in Italy, so I assume that your phone is not simlocked

please try a simcard from TIM or WIND, enter pincode

if phone searchs for network, it's not locked

if phone displays "sim card not accepted", it's locked

wrong forum - security code can only be resetted by cable

default code is 12345, if not changed

go to a nokia service point
