Ive had the problem several times what you need to do it seems that the phone version you were tring to unlock is not in the list of the bin that bf wrary can unlock

just use the unlocker by anje read full flash and then write from the bin files in the software of the same version with the phone

save original tech zone with wray 5.5...i hope u did it already.
and read some old posts in this forum about how to revive your phone....instructions are here...just seach for them
