Change sim card or pay money for provider. If your imie is blacklisted change imie. M-bus cable here 5$. Soft is free.

If you've done nothing illegal, then complain to your provider (Customer servicies).

Simple tell them the problem and ask them to solve it, since it's a hassle to keep turning on/off your phone.

If you have done something illegal, you'll need to either change provider by buying a new SIM card, and/or change your IMEI, the later which is also illegal in several countries.
