My Flasher Cable Is Bad

I HAVE PURCHASE 3 'DCT-3' SETS WHICH ALL HAS BAD FLASHER CABLE ONLY AND ELSE VERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY SO PLZ ANYBODY CAN HELP ME OUT THAT HOW I CAN REPAIR THIS CABLE BECUASE I CANNOT PURCHASE NEW SET NOW ONLY FLASHER CABLKE IS NOT AVAIABLE PROPER IN THE MARKET...

i have windows98
i use rolis 4.77
and when i connect everything properly and try to read flash rolis says to power on the phone and i power on the phone but there is nothing happening it's just saying 'power on the phone' and nothng happens

try putting the power cable into the phone and see if it stil hows the same message.

when you conect the cable you have to put the battery on it as well.
