Unlock Code for SIM Free

Can somebody help me with the SIM Free code.
My phone info

IMEI: 351102502480394
Provider : USA T-Mobile

Someone mentioned to go www.GSMInside.com and try there. I did that, they sent me 2 codes, but both of them gave Code Error.

Help needed.

Try these. In this order. But be careful, after 5 tries, you can only remove the sim lock with a data cable.
