problem with softwares

i have a problem with ozone and a couple of other softwares can you tell me what it is and how it can be fixed the problem is wriiten in the jpeg it was a bit complicated to write out.

yeha xp but i have 98se installed in my pc as well and same problem there as well could it be visual basic.
