That is the only thing i obtain when i try to backup or flash.
Is there a solution?

Use the newer versions of Rolis Flasher! v4.78b6 is the best! I know the number is lower, but it's the newer version! I have a tutorial on how to flash with this software in the Forum FAQ! The reason you got this error is because your phone was switched on! It has to be off! Use the tutorial!;)

I found the problem. In setup options i have change interface type, for dejan kaljevic

use the latest, 479..
all features as 5.14 but without the bugs!
