Need help on 8260 sound problem

I need some help with 8260's, I've two phones that I don't get any sound. The keypad does not have any sound, nor the speaker when you do the test call. I've replaced several speaker but this did not help. Does anyone know what can cause this problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

or take it to nokia
to have it replaced

Could be a bug... most likely hardware glitch though! Try my Water Damage method!;)
