Nokia 8855

Hi

I have a Nokia 8855 and it will not let me enter games. I then have to remove the battery and restart the phone. I can not also connect on wap, once again it freezes resulting in removing the battery to restart. It also occurs when i change my profile logo. I am able to go back to the main screen but the logo does not come up and the phone freezes.

I am desperate for help. I am not familier with terms such as "flashing" so please keep it basic :confused: ...i purchases a data cable and am hoping to fix the problem with your help!...

Please read the Forum FAQ! This will explain everything very clearly on what you need to know! As for you phone, it needs new software as you current one is corrupt!;)

sorry 2 do this again...i just wasnt very sure...which cable do i need to repair the problem?

You need flasher cable /LPT/ to upload the new software and F/Mbus /data/ cable to update FAID...
Maybe You need to read the FAQ one more time before You start playing with Your phone...
