Pls help ??? (nokia 3350)

i had flashed obnoxy's flash (from www.nokia-flash.tk) files to my phone and it worked perfectly.After sometimes,i decided to modified the flash files by adding a startup tones and changing some of the ringtones(using PPM edit). the problem is, after i flashed the files back to my phone i don't get any signal and some error message appear everytime i press the call button and "menu" is missing.i've tried updating FAID and reset SP locks but still to no avail.I've also tried to flash the original obnoxy's files but the problem persist.
What should i do? have i corrupted my EEPROM?

Somethings gone wrong, but as long as you can turn on your phone, and no hardware damage has been done, it should be easy to repair! :)

Simply upload a full backup (either yours, or somebody elses), change the IMEI, SP locks etc...and it should be back to normal :)

tell u what...put back ur original fubu then it will be okay...


3350 is not just easy to modify...i have same problem as urs before but now i've learned from it...

try these steps before u modify something from ur 3350 flash file...

1. make sure that u have a full working flash.
2. set it to DEADFAID and flash it to ur phone.
3. UPDATE FAID OF UR PHONE.
4. then after all the things is normal to ur phone, upload this full flash and save it as updated faid.
5. then u can edit this file whatever u like to do except for the fonts...coz mine still font editing gives problem...others is ok, ringtone, startup tone, fade, security, and etc.
6. then check crc before flashing back to ur phone...

The 3350 is a bitch to play with, if you don't know how! Basically, you have to Kill the checksums everytime you modify it! Plain FAID will not work! I use Nfader! And the Fading looks cool in 3350 with Blue LED's!;)
