there you will find all needed files and guides to get you on your way

goto downloads, there you will find ppm-mcu-files, from there on go to the 8210 and download the "8210mcu531.zip "
and also one of the ppm's (A.zip - L.zip)
in attachment you will find a pdf file which lists all the languages, look there which language pack you got and download the correct one (A.zip - L.zip)
Also you will need Knok and Rolis Flasher, those can be downloaded from (hxxp://unlockme.co.uk/unlockme.html)
then look under the Newbie FAQ's forum here on nokiefree for the flash thread or search for chunkhead's flash guide
this should do it.

Using the search function will answer a lot of your question :D

all flashing stuff is best done with rolis flasher (as discribed in chunkhead's guide)
I know this is the way I did it and it went just fine.
I attached chucnkhead's guide to this reply.

Please try this first as it is a great guide on flashing ;)
