have a very big problem. Whenever I go to Images and open a picture, my phone says Unable to open image. What should I do? When I was taking a picture before that happened, my phone said "Hardware failure. Restart phone" I don't know if that was the exact message. But it looked like that. So I restarted my phone. And when I went to Images to view the picture I took earlier, it says Unable to open image. I also installed CameraFX in my phone memory and took a picture and saved it in PhotoAlbum. When I went their the thumbnail was just a symbol colored green, violet and red (I think). I was able to view the picture. And the thumbail went back to normal. Do you think the problem was with that? What should I do? Help!!!!

Just need to go down the option menu and select update thumnails and u will see them as normal pic.
As for ur pervious errors I have yet to encounter them. Try to search for some ans here. If not, maybe u wanna try formating ur phone? *#7370#
Just a personal suggestion as I don like the feeling of "Hardware failure. Restart phone"

Can you open any other images normally?
And the red green and violot thumbnail is normal. Whenever I transfer any pictures from my pc to my phone or use a program such as Zenomorph, the thumbnail is like that. When I view the picture, the thumbnail is ok.

I took another picture with CameraFX and then stored it in Images. When I went their I opened the picture that I just took recently, and it opened fine and all the other pictures too. I also took a picture with the normal phone camera. It worked fine too. I was so nervous that the "Hardware failure. Restart phone." sign would come up again. But I didn't. Thank God! But what do you think the "Hardware failure. Restart phone" sign meant? Did it do any permanent damage?

I got tat a while ago too...but its not a big problem if ur phone is running fine now. If u really don feel safe, why not format the phone and do all the programe all over again?
U don get error for overly formatting ur phone....I think..heehee
Cheers~
