How do I find my EMEI number first while phone been blocked???

we cannot unblock them only unlock them

to get imei number type *#06# into the phone
its the 15 digit number

got it sorted with o2 m8. Do you mean unblock it to other networks??

BLOCKED means barred which then means the imei is blacklisted and you cant make a call on the phone no matter what sim you use.........

If you phone is locked to one network and you want to use it on a different one then thats LOCKED..............
