whats am i doing wrong

i have just downloaded some .3gp music files from a web site

it is telling me to rename them .3gp even though they are zip/winrar files

i have tried everything and nothing is working can anyone shed any light on this for me

what should i rename them

the filename is dandywharholes.rename.3gp

i have tried to rename it to .zip.rar.3gp and everytime i put it on my mmc card i get an invalid format

I'm pretty sure i've been downloading from the same site and all i had to do was the name the file whateveritscalled.3gp dunno why you are having problems. Do you have the file extensions turned on in the folder you are using?

i'll give it a go m8 thanksfor the reply should te nokia 3650 be able to play these files in real player and would i just install them in the video folders like the .rm files

The files will play in real player but you would be better to play them in video player (or even better install pvplayer) because realplayer is a bit glitchy with .3gps. Yes you just install them into the videos folder.

yep sorted the file extensions and now they work thanks m8 i think i have pvplayer somewhere i'll give it ago
