Serious startup problem?

With an Easy explorerprogram for my 7650 I deleted some unneccesary files. But now, when I want to startup my Phone, it gives an error.

I get the Nokia logo, but it fades away... comes back 3 times, but every time it is fading away... After that, the phone is shutdown.

does it need a serious reparation, or Can I handle it by myself?

(i'm dutch, excuse me for the bad english.... :) )

something that I forgot!

first, after that I deleted the Files, i've got system errors, so I decided to run a Backup.. and in the middle of the backup progress (bleutooth) the phone shuts down!

and Now i've got this... :(

uhhhhhhh. Get it flashed at Nokia Service Centre. Do u have 1 nearby?

Where did u buy da fone? U can also try any local mobile repair shops but make sure they have da latest software and equipment for flashing 3650.
