I take it you mean the cracked version?

No its crap the crack doesnt work properly on XP or ME. I heard a rumour that it works ok on Win98se but I cant confirm.

As for changing imei if u use crack it will close all four locks on phone there is a special GDFS you need to flash to phone after imei change.
