Can you unlock a Motorola V60i via keypad?

I've got a Motorola V60i GSM phone that I would like to unlock. Interesting part is the IMEI number onthe back is different than what the *#06# gives me.

turn the phone on and as soon as the M finishes and it's searching for service type 74663# then hit menu twice quickly. This will bring up the subsidy code page. I don't know the code for your phone though. Qwest is supposed to be 879378, but that doesn't work for dmy phones. That's why I'm here, I'm trying to find another code.

You can unlock it via code calculated by the IMEI..but its not free...
