My 3650 will not let me find the IMEI number

When I type #06# and hit send, my phone gives me the error "Request not completed"

Is there any other way I can find out my IMEI number?

problem solved!....................................................if it doesent still work, remove you battery and u can see ur IMEI # at the nokia sticker...............................................................any moderator want to close this tread??..................................
