Hi there,
I have a Verizon T720c that died while I was using PST to change the PRL, it would power on but then the screen would go black and it would reset.
I tried to reflash the phone using PST with what I think is the newest.shx file. The flash failed while it was writing - now the phone appears totally dead. If I short pins 13/14 on the bottom while powering the phone on the PST flash programmer can still communicate with the phone to flash it. I have tried rewriting the same flash file - it seems to write but then fails verification.
Does anyone have the proper files to help restore the phone, or have any suggestions on how to restore it?
