What Happens To Both Parties When You Change Your IMEI Number And You Use A Number Already In Use:confused:

We did a test on nokia free a few months ago and absolutly nothing happens, the network will only block both the phones if that particular IMEI gets reported stolen.

Yep, but I would also point out that's not a garuntee that nothing will happen :).

Things do change, if you break the law (Changing your IMEI) you do stand a chance of getting prosecuted. Even though the chances are fairly small, there is a possibility of getting caught...
