IRDA problem

hi! from a week until now i´m having problems with my irda connection... the connection is so unstable that my nokia pc suite doesnt recognise my 3650.
On the PC, the icone on the system tray appears and the other second disapears... I thouth it was my PC problem, but i´ve already tried it on two other PCs and the result is the same:(
On my 3650, the symbol of IRDA should block when i put next to the PC, but no, it is always blanking...
Is my IRDA dead? what should i do? Nokia assistance?

i had this problem, i thought my laptop was dead

I found out all i had to do is right click on the PC suite icon by the clock (2 grey connectors) and click on properties, then make sure the tick is in the IRDA box, then it should work

ya, it seems to be working now! It´s strange, because i didn´t change anything on my PC... and the normal windows program, that recognises the phone by irda was unstable too...
But no problem, now all seems ok!
