View Full Version : 8390 Puk ??? Help

i have a nokia 8390 and i have no idea what i did to it but now it says Enter PUK code??? :eek: Anyone know what to do? I would greatly appreaciate it. Obviously i know very little about cell phones in general so please be detailed in case u have a solution so i dont mess up more then i already have. Thanks :)

I think you had Pin...a code which allow you to protect your sim card from foreigners access...then you have to know that when you digit it 3 times wrong your sim got blocked and you need the puk code to unblock it...puk is a code of 16 numbers which provider gives you...

is there any way to get this # besides calling the service provider?

If you do not have it with the card documetation then you have to call the Opperater
for the PUK code
