You need the nokia service software and use the reset phone option specified on the post before by silva.

As ismael and silva stated you need either factory s/w WINTESLA or NOKSOC and then select the function to reset U/I(user interface).

@OSMAN any JORDIK software we have ever used is for GSM type phones ONLY.

All RULES DONT apply when it comes to TDMA/CDMA phones, thats unfortunately the biggest challenge.

Where I can find NOKSOC??
I have Wintesla 6,43 and use MBUS interface, but my mobile can not establish communication :( :confused: :(
