Nokia 3595 Rogers pay as you go????

i need to register a .dll file in my system32 to file, so i can run eeprom tools, the only prob is that i have forgotten which command to use in the run box.

so if someone could refresh my memory i would be greatful, thanks for any help.

I have a Nokia 3595 brand new in the box.....the phone was aprently stolen....so I don't know what I can do with it, I was curious if I could hook it up as a pay as u go phone with Rogers or because it is originally a rogers phone can I unlock it and use it at a different wireless provider?
any info would be helpful.
I am a newbie at phreaking or whatever....lol...

Hmm, you're probably barred in that network (and others in N. America too).

Unlocking won't do it for you if it's barred, better trade it or something.

BTW what do you mean, if I may ask, by "apparently it was stolen"? If you bought it and found out it had been stolen than maybe you should report the vendor and ask for a replacement?
