Hi! I own an alcatel ot 511 before it was working fine and one day the keypad didnt work anymore. Even the joystick. But the lcd is fine. It still can collect calls and text. Its just the keypad. DOes anyone have this kind of problem with their cell? Any good idea why the keypad froze. And is it true that the faceplate is disposable if you open the unit you have to put a new faceplate.
