Customisation tool to replace folder tones and startup graphics on v200

just wondering if there is any way of trialing java games and apps on my pc before uploading to my phone. I have seen on other threads where you can do this but you need to have windows 2000 PRO or XP i am only running 98 on my pc is it possible.

Hi everyone. I've just bought the v200. Awesome bit of kit... however there are a few minor things that are doing my head in and I would like to find a way of changing it a bit. Specifically the folder tones and startup cheesy graphics. I've looked at other v200s from other network providers (mine is Vodaphone) and can see that they have modified folder tones and startup graphics. The utility that ships on the CD with the phone does not allow you to change the folder tones or introduce a new startup graphic.. any ideas where I could find a utility that would enable me to do it. (I'd like to put the star trek communicator click noise on the open phone tone and use the existing cat purr noise for closing it..).

If you have any handy pointers for other useful utilities for the v200 let me know as well.
