Can't read threads! When is new server ready?

I'm trying to change the menu bitmaps on a 3315 flash! I'm using ppm edit! And when I change the messages menu icon with another, I save the file! But when I flash it I get contact service! Can anyone help? I've tried so many different things and so many ways but none work!
Any help would be great!

you must use g3n0lite after you edit the bitmap. Here the file, try it maybe can help you

Hi ok, I've downloaded the file! But what do I do? Also somtimes when I want to change the bitmap say the messages bitmap! I've made my own animated icon to replace the messages one! But when I change the 13 bitmaps of the 3315 messages icon, and replce them with my own somtimes the ppmedit gives a run time error message! Can any one help!
Or give me pointers? I'm trying to change the animated pictures in the messages manu ! But when I tr to save it gives a run time error!

P.s what do I do with ggenolite?

Your were not given enough info! Everytime you edit a file, you MUST kill the checksums! You can do this with g3nolite, but I use Nfader!

Mr. ChunkHead,

Once the (mcu & flash check) checksums are killed, there no need to redo.

The only thing required is the recalc of ppm checksums, if the modification was in that area.
