3210 Not Charging

Hi
Nokia 3210 not charging when insert the charger battery icon flashing.
I have checked same battery other phone it is charging.
Can someone please explain me the problem

check the charging block mate! Might be faulty!
I can repair it if you wish?
Anyway just check the charging block and make sure it's connected to the pcb!
I it is and still wont charge you might have to buy a new one!
Or else the pcb could be sctrached!

Hi the charging block is the bit where you stick the charger into! here is a picture:

This guyu is 100% reliable!
Any other problems let me know! You'll also need a torx 6 screw driver to fit the block!

@ afyf, u can download the service manual 3210 on this, see dr. bizar's site look at f.a.q. there's a link to it, and all i can do is give u this pic. and i think it's the charging ic need to be replace... i have deal with kind of this problem many times and it goes to the charging ic... just look yhe pic ok...good luck, best regards

Also I have Nokia 6150 not charging when insert the charger saw the battery Icon on phone display after 4 or 5 seconds getting error not charging.
It would be grateful if someone help me solve this problem.

@afyf, hi make sure if the battery teminal is connected in the pcb if it is ok check the fuse. Hope this help....

Ok...

Battery contacts are cracked and are not connecting with the PCB! Pry them carefully away from the board just a bit and you will see! Just solder them back down and all will be fine! Happens to most 3210!

try to check your battery connector and resolder it again if it is cracked!
if this doesnt work then replace your fuse (besides L100 on lower part)
i hope this could help you!

In my experience blinking battery icon cause poor connection of terminlas, please re solder the battery terminals using hot air and also check the fuse. If terminal and fuse r ok try replacing the battery. Hope this help..
