Those series of phones are unable to send or receive images, midi ringtones or games through IR. If I send a file from my 3650 to a 72xx, my phone shows error message. I have tried the same wit a 6610 and a 6100. I can't understand why Nokia puts IR receivers on their phones while makes them unable to use IR correctly. I think this is just a marketing trick. I hope new firmware versions allow such transmissions. Please share your oppinions with us.
