I've just installed this programm in my 3650.
The instructions say that in order to start it's app shortcut menu
you must hold down the joystick for 1 second. But in 3650 when
you do that the "contacts" menu appears and the programm is not
starting.
Anyone familiar to this problem? How do you solve this? Please help.
This seems to be quite a useful feature cause it allows you to have
quick acces to applications hidden deeply in folders of your mobile
just by pressing the joystick.

by hold down I think it means hold the down arrow... ie: down on the d-pad not hold the d-pad down...
hope that helps...

 LOL
Thank you very much Duke! This did help indeed.
Looks like I misunderstood the instructions. It says:
"Hold joystick <DOWN> for one second".
You have no idea how many times I tried that without
any results, hahaha.
But I still don't get how do the shortcuts you define
inside this programm work.
Anyone with that answer please? :-?

After you have set the shortcuts in the settings for One2Go (you'll have seven options to place the apps u want shortcuts to) take note of the shortcut number to each of them... After the little 'menu' box comes up on the screen after you've held the down arrow, press the shortcut number on the phone's keypad you are interested in... That should start the respective app up...
or just scroll up/down/left/right around the menu that pops up till u find the icon of the app u want... this menu also has shortcuts to one2go's shortcut and general settings menus aswell as a shortcut to a phone 'quick reset'... which is very helpful...
once again, hope that helps...
*to set the shortcuts you'll have to go into the one2go icon in your phone's menu
