A Nokia 8210 is a DCT3 Phone and can only be unlocked via a datacable or asking your provider for the code which they will charge for. There are no generators or unlock code lists available for this phone.

Use EEPROM tool from http://www.b-phreaks.co.uk
or you can use the way more reliable NokTool by Rolis

Your network code is from one, Austria.
If you want your phone unlocked and do not want to buy the cable and you live in Vienna, you can bring your phone to the McDonalds near my home and have it unlocked there for free.
