T100 turning off

I recently unlocked my t100 from t-mobile, the phone is working fine but the phone just turns off when the battery meter has 2 bars left on it, there's no warning it just goes off and wont come on until I charge the battery. is it a dodgy flash file I used and do I need to re-flash the phone to cure it.
