Hi,

the 3650 is NOT a DCT-4 phone.

It is a smartphone that uses the Symbian OS. So I'd probably classify it as "Symbian", not as DCT-4.

Totally different UI, programming and hardware.

question...

P800 is also Symbian...does it make it DCT 4?
