Uploading Polyphonic

i'm getting so damn sick of this!
what software out there allows a person to damn well upload ringtones to their phone...

polyphonix doesnt
oxygen doesn't (or i can't it to work)

anyone wanna help?
i just wanna upload ringtones to my phone...thats all

Yea i have oxygen and cant get the ringtones on..... grrrrrrrr.......... It says they r all corrupt but doesnt show anything actually on my phone hmmmm.... strange... nvm though, we'll survive!!
