help me!!!! i really need help... i just bought my 3650 last may...while i was downloading softwares, my phone hanged!!! i turned it off and when i opened it the message appeared "phone start up failed...contact the retailer!!!" can it still be fixed?? please give hope

it is poosible to fix this problem via griffin neelix prodigy
if u dont have those thing then contact with any service center

chances are you will have to format phone. try these:
have phone off, hold the pencil button, then while holding it, turn the phone on, and continue holding pencil till you get to normal phone menu, format the mmc then the phone itself (format mmc: go to apps, extra, memory, go to menu then format card, then format phone, dial *#7370#, then password 12345 unless you changed it)
If that doesnt work, take out the memory card, turn on the phone and format it, put in the card, and then start it up holding the pencil again, then format the memory card, and maybe the phone again for good measure :o)

or....just start in safe mode and take it from there. It is quite possible u may not need to do anything else.

Is there a way to start up in safe mode with N-Gage? holding the pencil button down doesn't seem to help...

WOW!:-o I just started my N-Gage trying to push some buttons to get to the safe mode and I got the same error! "phone start up failed contact the retailer" It scared the hell outta me 8| Anyway, It was just because I was holding the C button while booting. When I turned my phone back off and on again without holding any buttons, everything returned normal again :) whew..
Learned lesson: Don't f*ck with the buttons when booting! :-P

( Also known as - My Manufacturer flooded the markets with an unprooven product - sucked in customer - your a guinea pig )
I sincerely hope you enjoy the experience which has brought many tearful days and nights to soooo many of us. It's good to see Nokia continued the feature beyond the 3650 - after all - share and share alike.
ps... If your handy is less than 14 days old take it to your retailer, they have a supply agreement with Nokia, they'll just exchange your handy. If it's more than 14 days.... well......ah bliss.... happiness becomes a FANTASY. :)

I get the "Insert Sim Card" errors alot and the phone will start up after maybe 10 or more times of me restarting the phone. Something to do with the softwares that i downloading making the phone erratic
