3310 startup problem

im looking at buying a 3310, but it makes a continuous noise from the buzzer when turned on. is this fixable?

What do you mean "Buzzer"? The speaker, ringer or vibrator? Speaker is the bit that makes voice and keypad tones, ringer is the ringtone and vibrate... well that's self explanatory! A bit more info and we'll sort out your problem!

there was a buzzing out of the speaker. thats all i know
