blocked v200 help needed PLEASE

bought a v200 from a market trader, couple of weeks later kept getting limited service..rang tmobile and they say that it has a debt on it and refuse to unblock it.Cant return it as i live in yorkshire and bought the phone on a weekend away in lancashire, have an original data lead but dont know what software to use to unblock it..
any help appreciated

all you need to do is change the imei on the phone

i have kill my V200. cuz i don know how to use the optiflash. any instruction on flashing? i m using the data link cable from samsung. can it use for e700?

all u need to do is flash the phone! Im unsure how u flash the phone myself because i cant find no software to do it, but what i did is that i sent the phone back to samsung warranty repair n they put a brand new circuit board for me!
