Can You Please Help I Have A 3410 That Was Working Fine Until I Dropped It Now It Doesn't Hold Any Last Number Redails,powers Off Sometimes Would Reflashing This Sort This Problem!! Thanks Inadvance Johnh

I hope reflashing will do the job...You can do it with knok and You must
chose 3330 from the dropdown menu...

Knok is a sotware..check download section...and read the forum FAQ for more info...the link is at the bottom of my replay..
