Lost System

I am totally new to mobile phone.

1. I have nokia 3310 which had fell inside the water. So, I cannot switch it on but when I put on the battery, there is a light but nothing appear on the screen. what should I do to make my nokia works again? what software do I need and how to do it?

Please help me because that is my ONLY handphone.

change the the ic that controls backlight, ringer,buzzer[ after u must have washed with a cleaning fluid and dried very well]
